What we collect

The occasional note. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address (and your name, if you give it) with our email provider, Klaviyo, so we can send you the odd update. You can unsubscribe from any email, any time, and we will delete you.

Analytics. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics tells us roughly how the site is used: which pages get looked at, what device people are on, and where they came from. Your IP address is anonymised, and we never see who you are. Decline, and none of this runs.

Gift cards. Gift cards are bought and redeemed through Square. Your payment and card details are handled by Square, not by us. See Square’s own privacy notice for that.

Cookies

We do not set a single cookie until you click Accept on the banner. If you do, the only ones are Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), which count visits. Decline, and nothing is stored.

Changed your mind, either way? Open cookie settings and choose again.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of marketing at any time. To do any of that, or if you just have a question, email us at info@idlehandscoffee.com and we will sort it.
